🔁 Returns

We gladly accept returns on non-custom, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@cutebagboutique.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


💌 Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or style (if available).
Simply reach out within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.


💔 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at sales@cutebagboutique.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right — either through a replacement, repair, or refund.


🎨 Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because custom designs and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We’ll always keep you updated throughout the creation process to ensure your custom item turns out beautifully!
